Hey Bob,
I still have a fond memory of you playing Rhapsody in Blue for me in the chapel at Russell and Gooch when I was a kid. I'm guessing that it was around 1973.

Bill Beltz - Friday, June 17th, 2011
Bob,
My name is Bill Beltz. I was a junior at Clovis when you were a senior. I worked in a play with you...I think it was "Enter Laughing". I think we may have done one other one and possible a talent show. I always wondered what happened to you. Anyway it's nice to see you made it. I retired in Chico Ca. If you ever get up this way, give me a call. (559.676.2206)

Ran into your website looking for your dad on the web. It's been many years since I last saw you. I'm glad to see you are doing so great with your music. I still play the piano also under the stage name of Henry Fencepost at Calico Ghost Town in California.

Mr. Yount I remeber you from mortuary school in san francisco.I graduated in Sept. of 1974. I believe you were president of the student council at that time. Congratulations on your successful music career. Paul

Hi Norman
For your tune "Death to a King", who is the subject of that? I was guessing MLK or a Kennedy, but not sure. Is the sheet music to this available anywhere? Glad to see Thomas Kennedy give the band props on his site, and pleased at the prospect of reissue and possible reunion.

Barb Bang - Tuesday, October 27th, 2009
Bob, I always suspected there was a performer in you. Now I know. I saw Liberace in concert years ago, I didn't know I was also enjoying your playing as well. How special that I would again be blessed with your talent in the new millennium. Wow, you are amazing.

Cathy Darby - Thursday, September 17th, 2009
So...let me get this straight--Yount has a background in the funeral business? You make beautiful music, Mssrs. Yount, Landsberg and Gershwin--we'll talk about the other later.

Cindy Lewis - Monday, September 7th, 2009

What fun playing together again! The audience loved the show, as usual! Hope to see you real soon.

Now that I am 6, daddy says he will take me to a concert sometime. I need a new CD, I wore the other one out. I like your big piano, is that the one I will be getting for Christmas, I have cleaned my bedroom and made a place for it.

Ron Martin - Friday, October 12th, 2007
Great website. Oh the stories I could tell. There is even an adventerous story about the photo of you behind the Liberace Piano that I took. Remember? I still have some of the sequins that I took from Liberace's artist bench. In fact I was just telling that story to some friends the other day. I'm glad for your continued success and by the way, I remember Jeff Warren too. It's been about 25 years since I've seen you but hope to remedy that soon.

Take Care
Ron Martin

This is for Bob Yount who I worked with and knew well back over 30 years ago in the Mortuary business. Wonderful web-site and Bob I am glad life has been good to you, and you are doing well. I still live in Marin County have been married for 25 years. I am semi-retired from the PI industry and I have an internet business where i sell collectible music memorabilia and rare, vinyl records. I have heard some of your music and it's wonderful. I hope you do remember me...

all the best...
